John W. Scharlacken, Esq. received his undergraduate and
masters degrees in engineering from Cornell University and his law degree
from New York Law School. Prior to starting his own firm, John practiced
law with Pennie & Edmonds, LLP in New York City, and before that, was a
principal management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. John is also
a licensed title agent with Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and LandAmerica
and is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.

Lorna J. Scharlacken, Esq. received her undergraduate degree from the
University of Florida, her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School
and her Masters in Corporate Law from New York University. Prior to
joining Scharlacken & Associates, Lorna practiced law with Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP
in New York City and then with Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in Naples, Florida.
Lorna is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and is on
the board of directors of MS Home - Southwest Florida, Inc.
